At AMA-Physicool, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your Physicool product, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: You may return any Physicool product within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Physicool products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
• Customised or Special Orders: Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at returns@ama-physicool.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation: After receiving your request, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that, depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your Physicool product due to a defect or damage, please get in touch with us at customerservice@ama-physicool.com  within 14 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the exchange process.
